These risks include, but are not limited to, scratches, cuts, bruises, sprains, strains, muscle injuries, joint injuries, back injuries, eye injuries, dental injuries, collisions with other players or persons, falls, contact with volleyballs or equipment, facility-related risks, dehydration, heat-related illness, concussions, exposure to contagious diseases, viruses, bacteria, or infections, heart-related events, paralysis, permanent disability, and death. I understand that participation is voluntary, and I accept and assume all inherent risks associated with my child’s participation, including the risk of serious injury, death, and property damage.
